Venezuelan Leader Offers to Collaborate with U.S.

President Trump issued a warning when the new leader initially voiced opposition to the capture of Maduro.

Venezuelan President Delcy Rodriguez offered to collaborate with the United States moving forward, changing her tone from the initial opposition she voiced to the United States capturing Leader Maduro. She said that the Venezuelan government was focused on prioritizing respectful relations with the U.S. and an agenda of “shared development.”

Rodriguez stated, “Venezuela reaffirms its commitment to peace and peaceful coexistence… President Donald Trump, our peoples and our region deserve peace and dialogue, not war.”

President Trump said that if Venezuela does not cooperate with the United States, he could order another strike on the country. He has also stated that he would be interested in speaking directly with President Rodriguez “at the right time.” President Trump explained that the U.S. needs to “nurse Venezuela back to health” before voters there can hold an election for a new leader.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, U.S. Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller, and Vice President JD Vance will be participating in the U.S.’ involvement in Venezuela’s rebuilding.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For wisdom for President Trump as he leads the United States’ collaboration with Venezuela.
  • For Vice President Vance, Secretaries Rubio and Hegseth, and Advisor Miller as they work together with Venezuelan leaders to help the country rebuild.
  • For God to work through the collaboration of the officials of the United States and Venezuela moving forward.
